SAN MARCOS – At Palomar College, thousands of students returned to campus on January 30th and January 31st.
Numerous courses throughout the main campus in San Marcos and the education centers in Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, and Fallbrook were held for students with an abundance of courses to choose from.
Palomar College Superintendent/President Dr. Star Rivera-Lacey said, “It’s truly inspiring when the semester kicks off and we see our students filling the classrooms and common areas to continue pursuing their dreams and educational goals.”
Around the main campus, students have expressed how in-person classes are much easier than online classes.
Palomar student Koncsapsat Connell, who is entering her second semester majoring in business with plans on transferring to Cal State San Marcos stated, “Online classes are easy, but it’s fun to come to campus, as well, because you can see people you’ve missed,” according to Palomar College’s website.
