Lead actor, Pedro Pascal, whose recent track record, such as HBO’s “The Last Of Us,” “Narcos,” and “Game of Thrones,” has been pleasing all viewers, especially as a new face of Disney, and charmed viewers’ hearts with his performance and connection to his character as “The Mandalorian.”
The first season was all about the discovery of the child, where Din Djarin’s mission originally was to deliver the youngling to the Empire, it is said that the child holds special value. However, as the season progresses, the two begin to form a strong parent-child bond, which leads Djarin to want to protect him from the Empire.
In the second season, aside from your typical blaster shoot-outs and spaceship dramas, the Mandalorian has been tasked with returning the child to its people, the Jedi, as well as being confronted with an identity crisis as his beliefs were challenged by others of his kind. Djarin must face what it means to let go of something or someone, whether it be a belief or an individual
After being given an impossible choice by Luke Skywalker in the show, the Book of Boba Fett Episode 6, Grogu chooses to leave behind the path of the Jedi to join his surrogate father Mando once again. Where now, in season three, fortunately, Grogu and his father are reunited. Now, Djin wishes to return to his home planet, Mandalore, for ways of spiritual redemption with, of course, some galactic tasks and hurdles in between.
The success of the show has already been promised and confirmed that a fourth season is in the works, so Star Wars fans are thrilled about the promising television series. Even if someone is a beginner Star Wars fan or a veteran, it is almost guaranteed that this series will keep you engaged.
