1 grated lemon rind, 1 cup lemon juice, Olive oil, Salt, Cinnamon or Nutmeg, Minced garlic, 2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges. Nuts – sliced or chopped beet greens (leaves), finely sliced, chopped beets – small cubes, 1 cup beansprouts, washed, Dandelion greens.
