Ingredients: Lettuce as the shell, Minced nuts in processor with lemon juice, salt, pepper, red pepper, and ground cumin seeds, green chilies, sweet peppers, and olive oil. Dice avocado, tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro. Add vegan sour cream and homemade green salsa – Rhazi’s recipe. (May Sprout lentils and mix with nutmeat).

Ingredients: Diced chicken, onions slices, mixed peppers sliced, sweet peppers sliced, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper, and carrots, olive oil, apple cider vinegar/white vinegar. (May opt chicken for other veggies of choice like potatoes, celery, and spinach/greens).
