Palomar College has combined with the Minority Male Community College Collaborative (M2C3) National Consortium on College Men of Color to boost academic performance for male students of color.
M2C3 facilitates an exchange of ideas between community colleges across the nation on how best to achieve educational success among underrepresented minorities on campus.
Participation will provide the College with resources to enhance professional development for faculty and staff.
Webinars and discussion boards will be provided for facility and staff to share their teaching strategies and ideas with other community colleges.
Achievement gaps are evident between those of different color. The purpose of combination between Palomar and M2C3 is to eliminate those gaps.
