Free self-defense classes offered at Rancho Bernardo

RANCHO BERNARDO —  The Palomar College Police Department will offer its self-defense program R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense System).

Four sessions will be held from 4 – 9 p.m. on April 8 – 11 on the Ranch Bernardo campus Room SEC-111. 

The classes are free and open to the public, but only women aged 14 and up may register.

Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available, but those interested are encouraged to register early. 

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
