Palomar was defeated by Southwestern 3-8 on April 25 at Myers Field.  Palomar still remains No. 1 in Southern Calif., No. 2 in the State and No. 5 in the nation.  

Palomar will begin the playoffs 2p.m. May 1 on Myers Field against Riverside Community College.
