Michael-John Smuts, certified drone operator. Student in the Drone Pilot Certificate Program. Michael-John helped us with creating an orthomosaic of the area surrounding El Cuervo Adobe using a drone, generously gifted to the Archaeology Program from Palomar College’s Foundation. An orthomosaic is a large, map-quality image with high detail and resolution.
