The movie “Clouds” puts you on an emotional roller coaster, but at the end, it leaves you thinking about how you want to spend the rest of your life.
Based on a true story, “Clouds” was released on Oct. 16 on Disney+, and stars Fin Argus and Sabrina Carpenter and features Jason Mraz performing his hit song “I’m Yours.”
This movie is about a young boy, Zach (Fin Argus), who only has a few months to live because of him being diagnosed with cancer. Having to deal with only living for a short amount of time, Zack makes the most of it and turns to singing and writing music.
This big moment from the movie was when Zach the main actor was in an airplane going home from New York and suddenly got inspiration for a song, which Zach named “Clouds.” This song sets in motion Zach success in the rest of the movie. Zach because of only having a few months to live writes this song as a goodbye song and is earns the title for the movie.
The soundtrack in this film ties into the storyline and contains important messages in the movie. Songs from “My Little Dancer” to “Clouds” expressed a certain mood the audience should feel at the time when played and conveyed important messages to the audience when being played.
The overall cinematography was another aspect that made this movie amazing. The filming was very well done. All the camera angles, the lighting, the use of zooming and out made the film more intriguing. From camera angles to composition this movie turned out well because of the outstanding cinematography.
Overall, you won’t regret watching this movie, whether you are a teen or an adult. Even though it is emotional, it does make you aware of how precious your time is. It will leave you sad, but will encourage you to take every day as an advantage and a chance to live your life to the fullest.
