Spring semester is right around the corner

Palomar’s Spring semester starts Jan. 19 and ends May 23, but there are shorter classes available called Fast Track.

Palomar’s Fast Track classes are being offered now to students for the spring 2016 semester. These classes are designed to be compatible with students who have busy schedules or whose schedules don’t fit a normal full-length semester.

Fast Track classes are only eight weeks long and are full-credit courses just like a normal class, according to Palomar’s website.

However, with a shorter class time, fast track courses are more rigorous because of the concentrated curriculum.

The Fast Track 1 class goes from Dec. 19 to March 19, while the second class, which is the second half of the semester, goes from March 29 to May 23. To find the fast track courses visit eservices at Palomar.edu.
