Palomar hosted Cuesta College for the first round of the playoffs on May 2 and May 3. Palomar defeated Cuesta 13-0 in five innings of game 1 on May 2. Palomar defeated Cuesta 21-4 on May 3 to win the best 2 of 3 series.
